Non-destructive testing for structural integrity certification prior to plant commissioning
The client, a major petrochemical plant contractor, required a comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT) program for over 2,000 linear meters of high-pressure piping assemblies and structural steel frameworks. The final certification report confirmed that 99.6% of inspected welds met the required integrity standards, enabling the client to proceed with plant commissioning on schedule.
