Clarionofandromeda.com Metallurgy Works offers specialized non-destructive testing (NDT) and ultrasonic inspection services for high-pressure piping assemblies and structural steel frameworks. Our services utilize phased array ultrasonic technology to detect internal volumetric discontinuities and weld porosity, certifying structural integrity prior to plant commissioning in accordance with industrial safety codes.
All services are performed by certified technicians using calibrated equipment. Results are documented in detailed inspection reports that include findings, measurements, and compliance status with applicable standards.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe access to inspection areas, necessary permits, and relevant project documentation including welding procedures and material specifications. Clients are responsible for preparing surfaces as required for ultrasonic testing and ensuring that the inspection environment meets safety and operational requirements.
Clients shall not interfere with inspection procedures or tamper with test equipment. Any modifications to inspected assemblies after certification must be reported and may require re-inspection.
3. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, project delays, or structural failures arising from conditions not detectable by the applied NDT methods.
Inspection results are based on the condition of materials at the time of testing. We do not guarantee future performance or absence of defects that develop after inspection due to operational stress, corrosion, or other factors.
4. Payment and Cancellation
Payment terms are specified in the service agreement. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted service value. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
All inspection reports, methodologies, and proprietary techniques developed by Clarionofandromeda.com remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use inspection reports for their internal quality assurance and regulatory compliance purposes.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or publish inspection reports without our prior written consent, except as required by regulatory authorities.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately with written notice.
Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Any confidential information must be returned or destroyed as directed.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will notify clients via email at least 14 days before the effective date.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon, and the decision shall be final and binding.
